Nagaland Coffee House for Land Resources Department, Nagaland

Tucked into the heart of Kisama Heritage Village, this wasn’t just another build — it was a space meant to slow people down. A place to gather, to sip, and to stay a little longer.

The Nagaland Coffee House project was a beautiful balance of form and function. Framed by the hills and rooted in local culture, it began as scaffolding and steel, slowly evolving into a light-filled structure with views that stretch far beyond the eye. It was raw. It was cold. It was often unpredictable. But in every layer — concrete, glass, timber — we poured a sense of calm, of welcome, of belonging.

We built through misty mornings and golden-hour evenings, alongside a team that knew how to hustle and how to hold space for beauty. And in the quiet hum of welding torches and the rhythm of hands at work, something warm began to rise — much like a good cup of coffee.

Now it stands: clean lines, grounded textures, and a ceiling that catches conversations like a canopy. Whether you’re here for the brew or the view, you’ll feel what we hoped to build — a pause that feels like home.

Crafted with intention by Oki Constructions, for the Land Resources Department. Because coffee deserves a space that honors its roots.
